Job summary

Arizona Financial Credit Union is seeking a C&I Lender III to source, originate, structure, and close large, complex commercial loans. This senior production role focuses on relationship growth, portfolio quality, and strategic market presence within the credit union's commercial lending division.

You will actively develop new C&I lending relationships, manage a diverse loan portfolio, coordinate with underwriting and processing, and ensure a professional borrower experience from application

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• 7+ years of C&I lending or related commercial lending experience.
• Completed formal commercial credit training required.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit analysis.
• Proficiency with Sageworks or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate commercial and industrial loan opportunities.
• Manage complex C&I lending relationships from origination to closing.
• Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline and develop referral networks.
• Lead borrower discussions and present loan structures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
