Job summary

Arizona Financial Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer II in Phoenix to independently manage moderately to complex CRE lending relationships, from origination through closing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, real estate, economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of CRE lending experience in banking or related financial services.
• Proven ability to originate, underwrite, structure, and manage CRE lending relationships.
• Experience analyzing borrower financial statements, tax returns, and collateral documentation.
• Strong business development and portfolio growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with CRE investors, developers, sponsors, and business owners.
• Identify and pursue CRE lending opportunities through networks and referrals.
• Analyze, structure, negotiate, and manage CRE credit facilities (acquisition, refinance, construction, development, bridge, permanent).
• Review financials, appraisals, budgets, and market data to assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
• Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, legal counsel, and third-party vendors to close loans timely.
