Job summary

JCW Group, in partnership with a well-known regional commercial bank in Little Rock, AR, seeks an experienced Relationship Manager, Team Lead to grow a C&I portfolio and guide a talented team.

You'll manage middle-market relationships, lead business development with local executives, structure lending transactions, assess credit risk, and mentor junior managers to drive sustainable growth across Arkansas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial banking experience with a strong C&I lending background.
• Proven success managing and growing a commercial loan portfolio.
• Strong credit and financial statement analysis skills.
• Experience structuring and underwriting commercial lending transactions.
