Applied Intuition is seeking a Software Engineer for our Drone Stack, focusing on autonomy and vehicle intelligence across hardware and software platforms. The role involves integrating autonomy solutions on embedded Linux, sensors, and data collection, with a strong emphasis on hardware-software integration and customer demonstrations.

We value strong C++ expertise and are open to candidates without drone experience but with interest in the space.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Robotics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with robotic systems and integration.
• Proficient in C++ and experience deploying on embedded platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design and integrate autonomy and vehicle intelligence systems across hardware and software.
• Deploy autonomy algorithms in SIL, HIL and live test environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for defense and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and software issues for high reliability.
• Work with hardware-in-the-loop testing and OEM UAS hardware integration.
