Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to design and integrate complex autonomy and vehicle intelligence systems across hardware and software.

You will deploy autonomy algorithms in SIL, HIL, and live test environments and troubleshoot integration challenges for defense and commercial customers. Strong C++ skills, embedded Linux experience, and familiarity with Pixhawk/ArduPilot are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Robotics, Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with robotic systems (hardware, software, integration).
• Experience with C++ and software integration in autonomy contexts.
• Experience with Pixhawk autopilots (ArduPilot or PX4) and hardware interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate autonomy and vehicle intelligence systems across hardware and software.
• Deploy autonomy algorithms in SIL/HIL and live test environments.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide demonstrations for customers.
• Collaborate with autonomy engineers and DoD/industrial partners for OEM hardware integration.
