Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or job experience equivalency in business, supply chain, engineering, statistics or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft AX R3, preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing and applying analytics to real-world data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and demand, making purchase decisions to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
• Schedules purchase orders strategically to ensure uninterrupted and timely continuity of supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, pricing, and supplier information utilizing the organization’s ERP system.
• Conduct and understand organizational and market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, products, and services to support operational need.
• Develop, foster, and maintain healthy and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new suppliers, ensuring effective communication with supply partners.
• Conducts periodic supplier visits to critical supply partners, to maintain relationship and organizational understanding of their capabilities and continuous improvement activities.
• Resolve any issues, or disputes, with suppliers, such as late deliveries, quality concerns, or contractual non-compliance, ensuring a satisfactory resolution that aligns with the operational goals.
