RGBSI's Zobility division is seeking a skilled Buyer to manage procurement for materials, equipment, and services supporting fabrication and production. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes ERP/MRP proficiency, cost reduction, and supplier performance monitoring, with a focus on maintaining ethical sourcing and quality standards across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in procurement/purchasing or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing direct/indirect materials and managing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis for cost reduction.
• Reading blueprints and understanding quality systems (ISO) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials.
• Research, evaluate, and source materials and services from qualified suppliers.
• Prepare and execute purchase orders, blanket orders, and RFQs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with production schedules.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
