Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Senior Buyer – Finished Components to join its global procurement team. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading negotiations across a portfolio of production components.

Experience in strategic sourcing and cross-functional collaboration is essential. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years in procurement within manufacturing, and US work authorization (sponsorship not available).

Job Title: Senior Buyer - Strategic Procurement Working Pattern: Full Time - This position is primarily based in a flexible office environment and follows a standard Monday through Friday work schedule, in alignment with the Rolls-Royce America Inc. Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Buyer – Finished Components to join our global procurement team. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and driving cost, quality, and delivery performance across a portfolio of production components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, with experience supporting new product launches through series production in a global manufacturing environment.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.

Preferred Requirements

• Master's degree preferred in supply chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Specific knowledge of Off-Highway Diesel Engine commodities, materials and products.
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing with focus on international procurement.
• German language skills.

Pay Range

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range. $84,351 - $137,071-Annually Location: Graniteville, SC
