Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years purchasing experience or related field.
• Previous SAP purchasing experience required.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Raindrop) preferred.
• Experience using AI to automate routine tasks preferred.
• Extensive data analytics, KPI building, and market-trend reporting experience.
• Experience with new product launches strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor terms skills.
• Excel skills and ability to analyze large BOMs (1000+ SKUs).

Responsibilities

• Procure parts for New Product Development and support ECs, BOMs, and tight timelines.
• Source and place POs, expediting as needed, and manage bottlenecks.
• Maintain preferred vendor lists and visit vendors to assess performance.
• Analyze spend data, compile KPIs, and track savings across Pregis categories.
• Support indirect programs (travel, office supplies, facilities) and vendor onboarding.
