Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to place and manage purchase orders and subcontracts for direct and indirect acquisitions. You will monitor PO activity, maintain MRP data, and conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and schedules.

The role requires CPSR compliance experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize program requirements in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in supply chain or 10+ years in purchasing in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to persuade stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in CPSR compliant environments and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders and subcontracts for direct and indirect acquisitions.
• Monitor and expedite open purchase orders per project needs.
• Maintain PO data in MRP systems for accuracy.
• Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms, price, and schedule.
• Prioritize program requirements and execute accordingly.
• Communicate supplier performance risks with internal customers.
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchasing, delivery, AP invoices, and payments.
