Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier relationships within a fast-paced defense-focused environment. You will ensure timely expediting and accurate MRP data, while aligning with program requirements.

Applicants should have 7+ years in supply chain or 10+ years purchasing experience, plus strong communication and CPSR/FAR compliance knowledge. A degree in business or related field is preferred.

Formación

• Degree or 7+ years in supply chain; 10+ years purchasing if no degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to persuade.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multi-task and close open items timely.
• Experience in CPSR-compliant environments.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Place and manage purchase orders and subcontracts for direct and indirect acquisitions.
• Monitor and expedite open purchase orders per project requirements.
• Maintain PO data in MRP system to ensure accuracy.
• Negotiate terms, price, and schedule with suppliers.
• Prioritize program requirements and ensure execution.
• Communicate supplier performance risks to internal customers.
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchasing, delivery, invoices and payments.
