Leidos is seeking a Senior Buyer to support our Huntsville, Alabama facility. The Senior Buyer is responsible for the procurement of various components, machines, and equipment. A telework option will be considered.

Primary responsibilities include developing favorable pricing for complex procurements, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements. Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
