The Senior Buyer supports the development and negotiation of favorable prices, terms, schedules, and other provisions of purchase orders and acquisition contracts to meet client requirements and policy standards.

The role involves complex supplier negotiations, PO administration, price/cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA degree plus 8–12 years of experience or Master’s with 6–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate prices on complex procurements and acquisition contracts.
• Administer purchase orders and maintain files.
• Create solicitations and support proposals.
• Conduct price and cost analyses and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on policies and procedures.
• Support internal/external audits and supplier management.
