The position reports to the Customer Core area, requiring deep domain expertise, governance, and the ability to deliver measurable business value across major initiatives. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong understanding of utility processes and performance drivers.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• 7+ years in operations, business process improvement or service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor for business functional teams with deep subject matter expertise and high impact process recommendations.
• Represent functional operations in major program activities, shaping business process design and KPIs.
• Identify and communicate broad operational impacts of proposed changes and enterprise risks.
• Guide business functional testing strategy, inform training and change design for adoption.
• Partner with cross functional leaders to ensure end-to-end process integration and customer-centric continuity.
• Lead governance forums, decision making and alignment across business and technology teams.
• Define enterprise process standards, documentation and modeling practices to ensure quality.
