Job summary

IPM is seeking a seasoned consultant to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain engagements. You will lead improvement initiatives, perform data‑driven assessments, and collaborate with client teams to define effective solutions and roadmaps.

You will deliver executive updates, mentor project teams, and apply IPM methodologies to achieve measurable performance gains for diverse clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods in production environments.
• APICS certifications are a plus and project leadership experience is valued.
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage multiple activities, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Development, management, and leadership of improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Perform assessments to identify root causes and financial opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data and document client requirements with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget while adhering to IPM standards.
• Lead high‑performance project teams and coordinate resources to align goals.
• Create and present executive‑level and detailed updates and final readouts.
• Develop high‑level strategies and document objectives and activities.
