Job summary

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience leading medium-to-large-scale projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making sessions
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and practices
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance among project team members
  • Support change management and organizational readiness efforts related to project deliverables

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead cross-functional projects in new product development, operational excellence for manufacturing, or capital projects for manufacturing in the consumer or industrial products or pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
