Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Engineering Associate in Irvine, CA.

You will bridge business needs with IT for in-house back-office system implementations, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving data accuracy, and streamlining financial operations across teams. In this role you will configure systems, analyze data, review code, and support testing, deployment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in financial back-office systems.
• Oracle DB and SQL experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in software development, computer engineering or related field.
• Proven business systems analyst with software development implementations.
• Experience with software analysis and design (Cassiopae) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business and IT for back-office system implementations.
• Support system configuration, data analysis, and code reviews.
• Maintain production stability and performance of back-office systems.
• Lead deployment readiness and SCR/QA/UAT processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on requirements.
