Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow our digital storefront and commerce experiences. You will leverage data to solve problems, align designers, engineers, and stakeholders, and deliver solutions on time from concept through execution.

You will own a broad product area, drive a data-informed roadmap, and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced fintech environment. This remote role supports candidates nationwide in the continental US and at select corporate

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software product management.
• Experience owning consumer-facing digital storefront and commerce experiences.
• Experience with AI chatbot workflows for self-service.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Solve difficult problems by bringing innovative solutions.
• Use data-informed narratives to assess risks and opportunities.
• Engage with engineers, designers, peers, and leaders in collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and optimize the digital storefront and commerce journey from discovery to post-purchase.
• Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences to reduce friction.
