• Audit, design, and implement operating systems behind IBLV Automated and IBLV Trading, including customer lifecycle automation, support workflows, SOPs, KPI reporting, incident management, and internal systems.
• Diagnose operational problems, design the future-state operating model, and directly implement the systems, workflows, automations, SOPs, dashboards, support infrastructure, and management processes.
• Define, recruit, onboard, and train the permanent Business Operations Manager to own the systems after handoff; assist in the search and selection process.
