Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years in financial or health services, including technical business analysis, product development and process improvement required
• Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees SDLC for enterprise software by documenting business needs and workflows
• Drives joint business/IT requirements and solution discussions with stakeholders
• Provide high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders
• Identifies software functional gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborates with product owners to create product backlog using Agile practices
• Creates user stories with acceptance criteria
• Participates in projects as technical SME from start to finish; delivery focus on training, project support and process improvement
• Participates in scrum events (daily scrums, planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
• Supports Agile practices and service improvement
• Designs process flows, requirements lists, specs, diagrams and models for development
• Provides Tier 2 application support to maintain day-to-day operations and ticket resolution
• Troubleshoots issues, triages, and serves as escalation point for incidents
• Manages admin functions (forms, reports, saved searches, dashboards, access, reporting)
• Keeps users informed on progress per SLAs with clear communication
• Collaborates with third-party providers and internal teams to address software needs
• Maintains strong relationships with business, IT, and partners to improve solutions
• Participates in on-call support for after-hours incidents
