Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Experience with system implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business operations and technology, with ability to translate requirements.
• Experience with enterprise applications and business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data management, including SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
