Job summary

CorSource seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst 3 to support Operations Technology Services, collaborating with users to develop requirements and to deploy major software, cyber security, and virtualization initiatives.

You will lead requirements development, document use cases, assist in business cases, and ensure smooth hand-off to IT teams. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, Information Management, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science or a directly related technical discipline is preferred.
• 10 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate’s degree.
• 8 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor’s degree.
• 12 years of experience is required without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Requirements Development: Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit application requirements.
• Research, analyze, model and organize information for developing requirements.
• Decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to distinguish between solution ideas and application needs.
• Facilitate requirements validation sessions, identify gaps and present findings.
• Resolve requirement conflicts between stakeholders.
• Research, document, and validate current and future state processes and designs (functional and technical).
• Help define approach, alternatives, and decision framework for alternative solutions analyses.
• Help define and execute business analysis approaches.
