Job summary

BHE Pipeline Group is seeking an experienced OT/IT professional to support multiple departments by maintaining and enhancing critical production systems. You will resolve complex OT issues, ensure system reliability, and provide technical leadership for OT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 years OT/IT experience.
• Minimum five years in OT/IT; complex environment.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OS, virtualization, cybersecurity tools, and critical apps.
• Ability to analyze performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced setting.
• Experience leading/cross-functional teams with customers and vendors.
• Understanding of system integration and asset management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and incident response.
• Willingness to work outside hours and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration, support, and maintenance of OT applications, systems, and infrastructure.
• Maintain dependencies, network connectivity, and data flows across the OT environment.
• Plan and execute multiple concurrent tasks and short-term projects to deadlines.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for OT initiatives and develop practical solutions.
• Liaise between OT customers, vendors, and technical teams for project execution.
• Manage hardware and software asset inventories, licensing, lifecycle tracking, maintenance, and support.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to system events, alerts, and operational issues.
• Administer OT cybersecurity controls, including certificate management and vulnerability mitigation processes.
• Support and manage virtual infrastructure, ensuring reliability, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards.
