Job summary

Publicis Digital Experience in the United States seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions across marketing, analytics, and operations. You will serve as liaison between client staff and internal delivery teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery throughout the SDLC.

The role requires strong SQL, experience with campaign tools, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience performing BSA tasks within the SDLC.
• Experience with Change Management and Issue Management.
• Consulting with external client contacts.
• Experience in a service organization and delivering client deliverables.
• Maintaining project/account documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in marketing, reporting, data, and digital disciplines.
• Coordinate marketing campaign, reporting, and database tasks.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and testing activities with test plans and cases.
• Analyze complex business problems and translate into automated solutions.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery quality against milestones.
• Schedule and lead status meetings with clear follow-ups.
