Job summary

Publicis Digital Experience is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into actionable solutions across marketing, reporting, operations, and data domains. You will liaise with client staff and internal delivery teams throughout the SDLC to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

The role requires substantial BSA experience, strong SQL and DBMS skills, and the ability to coordinate testing, change, and issue management with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of relational databases and data analysis.
• Experience with marketing campaign management and execution tools.
• Familiarity with all phases of the SDLC.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in multiple BSA disciplines (marketing, reporting, operations, data, interactive, QA or digital).
• Support and coordinate marketing campaign, reporting and database processes and tasks.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities with testing plans and cases.
• Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Coordinate Change Management and Issue Management initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize project work streams with client and internal teams.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Communicate detailed specifications clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with local, remote and global team members.
