Job summary

Publicis Digital Experience in Irving, TX is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions across marketing, reporting, and data domains. You will collaborate with client staff and internal delivery teams through all SDLC phases.

You bring 8+ years of related experience, strong SQL, DB knowledge, and familiarity with campaign tools, AI-assisted analysis, and MS Office; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for data analysis and testing.
• Working knowledge of campaign management tools and marketing concepts.
• Experience across all phases of the SDLC and familiarity with AI tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in marketing, reporting, operations, data, interactive, QA or digital disciplines.
• Coordinate campaign, reporting and database processes and requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT and test planning/execution activities.
• Analyze complex business problems and propose automated solutions.
• Prioritize work streams with client and internal teams and manage deadlines.
• Communicate detailed specifications clearly in writing and speech.
