This senior role often leads analyses across strategic initiatives and mentors junior analysts, acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams with a strong DNA platform understanding. The role requires expertise in lending/credit practices, Agile methodologies, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 7+ years as a Business Analyst leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong banking/financial process knowledge with ability to translate needs into requirements.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis to support business cases and post-implementation reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and effective communication in verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings to capture and document business needs and requirements.
• Develop artifacts to drive discussions and ensure requirements are captured.
• Analyze current and future-state business processes and identify gaps.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with business and tech teams on options and solutions.
• Support backlog management during implementation and guide change management.
