• Gather and document requirements, translate to designs.
• Lead analysis, design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide triage and escalation guidance to peers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and translate technical concepts.
• Develop SOPs and advanced training materials.
• Deliver end-user training to drive adoption.
