Job summary

Bentley University seeks a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Senior BSA to join the DMAS team, partnering with campus stakeholders to document requirements, analyze processes, and optimize enterprise applications including Workday.

You'll support the full project lifecycle from requirements to testing, implementation, and post-production support. The Senior role leads complex initiatives and mentors others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytical abilities.
• Minimum 3 years in business systems analysis or related field.
• Experience documenting processes and supporting technology solutions.
• Experience in higher education preferred; Workday experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and gather requirements.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop functional specs for enhancements and reports.
• Plan and participate in testing, defect resolution, and UAT.
• Collaborate with SaaS vendors and internal teams for solutions.
• Create documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide Tier 2 application support and ongoing improvements.
