Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to design and govern Enterprise Role definitions across a global organization. You will lead lifecycle management, map roles to L4/L5 processes, and align roles with ERP and application ownership.

You will partner with business leaders and process owners to ensure roles reflect operational reality, maintain a central role catalog, and drive governance that supports SOX and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree with extensive experience in enterprise roles and governance.
• Experience supporting ERP-scale initiatives and role design.
• Strong facilitation and governance documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of Enterprise Roles including creation, validation, maintenance, certification, and retirement.
• Define roles based on workforce responsibilities and business accountability.
• Establish and maintain an Enterprise Role Catalog used across Business, IT, Identity, and Security functions.
• Partner with role owners to ensure definitions reflect business intent.
• Document owner responsibilities and role mappings for sustainability.
• Translate business processes to role accountability at L4/L5 levels.
• Map roles to applications and entitlements with least privilege in mind.
• Lead workshops to drive consensus on role definitions and governance.
• Ensure role governance and audit-ready documentation.
