Qualifications

• Strong analytical, consulting, program-management, and executive-communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Lam’s enterprise skills architecture, including taxonomy and proficiency levels.
• Establish governance for creating, modifying, and retiring skills.
• Translate business needs into scalable skills solutions; collaborate with HRIS and learning platforms.
