You will partner with leaders across Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and more to ensure governance, ownership, and sustainable process adoption.

The role emphasizes change management, program management, and measurable adoption of Lam-standard processes to enable a seamless transition to the company’s next site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting complex, cross-functional business processes and translating requirements into process designs, governance mechanisms, and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes across integration functions using appropriate business analysis and process-design methods.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and cross-functional workshops.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, control weaknesses, unclear ownership, and opportunities for standardization or improvement.
• Translate business needs into documented requirements, workflows, operating procedures, and implementation recommendations.
• Evaluate Silfex processes against Lam standards and document areas of alignment, transition requirements, and approved exceptions.
