Blue Cross NC seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to leverage strong functional and technical expertise across systems and applications. This role defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, and coordinates with IT on testing, upgrades, and complex projects.

You will serve as a liaison, develop technical solutions, and lead testing strategies while ensuring business needs are translated into effective system designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related area.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, evaluate and validate requirements, and design functional/technical solutions.
• Coordinate with IT on issue resolution, testing, and system upgrades.
• Lead or coordinate large projects and act as business lead on initiatives.
• Support production systems, analyze impacts, and document changes.
• Facilitate testing strategies to align with business needs.
