Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field; 7+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural issues to the business and IT.
• Analyze and document business requirements to translate into functional specifications.
• Coordinate IT collaboration on issue resolution, testing, software upgrades, and complex projects.
• Lead testing strategy and support for user acceptance and production deployments.
• Manage and improve system performance and data reporting tools.
