Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst IV to join the Information Technology team. You will analyze business processes, document requirements, and lead system enhancements from conception through testing and deployment.

This role requires seven+ years of experience with core business systems (HR, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory), SDLC proficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Info Systems or related field and 7+ years' experience.
• Strong knowledge of core business systems (HR, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory).
• SDLC expertise with testing, configuration, deployment experience.
• Ability to analyze processes and drive improvements across the organization.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide analysts on a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and recommend system and policy improvements; manage projects using data and plans.
• Provide production support, coordinate upgrades, maintain data integrity, document processes.
• Gather, analyze, document requirements; develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance.
• Develop and support reports and queries to meet customer needs and decision making.
• Train users, develop procedures, and mentor junior analysts.
