Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a PeopleSoft FSCM Business Systems Analyst II to join our Information Technology team on-site in Boone, NC. You will help maintain and optimize enterprise financials and supply chain systems to support our global humanitarian work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and at least two years of FSCM experience, plus knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 and Oracle technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 2 years with PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and FSCM modules.
• Experience with testing, configuration, SDLC.
• 12 credit hours of Biblical Studies required; opportunity to meet upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support business systems by reviewing, testing, and implementing upgrades, patches, fixes, and configuration changes in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements, translating operational needs into effective system solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for system changes and enhancements, partnering with business owners and subject matter experts to validate functionality and obtain implementation approval.
• Provide ongoing production support by researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results, and process gaps while recommending effective solutions or alternative approaches.
• Develop, maintain, and support reports and queries that meet business needs and ensure data accuracy.

In the role of PeopleSoft FSCM Business Systems Analyst II, you will have the opportunity to:

What are the qualifications?

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field and/or at least two (2) years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Asset Management, and related modules. Experience with Oracle technologies and system integrations is preferred.
• General knowledge of application testing, system configuration, deployment, business systems analysis, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to assist with solution analysis, business process mapping, and process flow development to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire.
