Job summary

Fluke, a Fortive subsidiary, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Everett, WA to bridge business stakeholders with Commercial and Marketing Technology teams. You will translate objectives into clear functional requirements, craft process flows, wireframes, and user stories, and maintain the backlog for high-priority initiatives.

You will refine requirements with developers, solution architects, and delivery leads, perform functional validation, and support UAT and production issue analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with five or more years of relevant business systems analysis experience.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops with business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, and delivery leads to clarify business needs, align on workflows, and resolve conflicting requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, mockups, and test scenarios that are ready for development.
• Experience managing requirements traceability, scope changes, dependencies, and decisions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience identifying non-functional requirements including security, privacy, performance, accessibility, and supportability.
• Experience performing functional validation, supporting UAT, and assisting with production issue analysis with technical teams.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM preferred; Salesforce or other CRM acceptable.
• Experience supporting authenticated portals and data from multiple systems; understanding APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, tools like Jira/Asana, and GitHub collaboration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and priorities, then translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
• Develop functional requirements with business and technical teams so proposed solutions align with business needs and delivery practicality.
• Create process flows, mockups, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria; review with stakeholders before development begins.
• Maintain the backlog based on priorities and participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Draft and maintain project plans; track progress, dependencies, and risks; coordinate with delivery teams.
• Coordinate multiple enhancement requests with high-priority initiatives.
• Perform functional validation to ensure delivered solutions meet approved requirements.
• Provide stakeholder training and maintain clear communication with CMT resources.
• Support production issues through functional assessment and light troubleshooting with technical teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and offshore resources on requirements quality and standards.
