Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, feasibility studies, system documentation, and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of SDLC and multiple project management methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities independently.
• Excellent SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle databases experience (5+ years).
• Web app experience with Oracle APEX and .NET technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Document current and future state processes, GAP analyses, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
• Conduct project meetings, demos, trainings, and prepare detailed notes.
• Present requirements for validation to technical and business teams.
• Support UAT and customer validation testing.
