Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or CS.
• 5+ years of hands-on business systems administration including security and cross-functional support.
• Ability to map business processes to system functionality and drive scalable improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and data integrity.
• Excellent communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration of business systems across the estate, including roles, forms, fields, workflows, approvals, and reporting structures.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex support and configuration issues and document resolutions.
• Own security and access control design and periodic access reviews.
• Govern IT audits, prepare evidence, and support recertification of access and configuration controls.
• Coordinate change across lifecycle from intake to release to avoid disruption.
• Configure and operate prebuilt integrations; coordinate with software team for custom work.
• Support data governance, imports, cleanup, and integrity measures.
• Collaborate with developers and technical specialists on design, testing, debugging, and integration.
• Mentor other system administrators and maintain configuration standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and processes.
