Job summary

TriQuest is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to enhance reporting, analytics and enterprise applications across the organization. The role focuses on data visibility, dashboard delivery and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has NetSuite experience and strong BI skills, including Power BI, SuiteAnalytics, and data requirements analysis. Direct onsite collaboration with stakeholders is expected in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational, financial, and management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Create and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks.
• Support Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into actionable reporting solutions.
• Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support data quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Provide functional support for NetSuite and other enterprise business applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and implementation partners.
• Support testing and validation of system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, including data imports, exports, synchronization, and APIs.
• Support workflow design, process standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation, user procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on system enhancements and process improvements.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support reporting, analytics, business applications, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to improve data visibility, develop actionable reports and dashboards, support enterprise business systems, and identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience with business intelligence tools, ERP systems, and business requirements analysis, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, PSA, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, data management, or scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA and/or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of SQL, SuiteScript, or integration technologies.
