Job summary

RPH Products in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Business Systems & IT Administrator to own NetSuite and manage cloud SaaS, endpoints, and cybersecurity in a hybrid, full-time role reporting to the IT Manager.

You will lead system optimizations, support Microsoft 365, manage device fleets, and coordinate with stakeholders to scale the company’s technology footprint while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with endpoint management and cybersecurity initiatives.
• NetSuite ERP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize NetSuite and other SaaS platforms.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and integrations across business systems.
• Lead or support IT projects from scoping to adoption and create training materials.
