Tahoe Forest Health System is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. The Senior BI Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable insights, and creating impactful visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position will bridge the gap between data query and actionable analytics, providing valuable support to clinical, operational, and financial teams, as well as future process improvement initiatives.
Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement.
Work closely with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to understand their analytical needs and align data solutions to support key priorities.

Automate data pipelines to streamline the extraction, transformation, and delivery of data for analysis and reporting.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing requests based on organizational impact, stakeholder needs, and deadlines.

Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in either Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
