Job Title: BSA (Business System Analyst) (Systematics / FIS)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business System Analyst with experience in Systematics / FIS to join our team remotely in the USA on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, especially in deposits and related banking processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business and system requirements.
• Define custom screens and reports.
• Perform functional manual testing and review technical/unit tests.
• Assist with application balancing and GL reconciliation.
• Work within both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Create user process documentation.

Tools & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with PDS, Application Datasets, SDSF options, and file reading.
• Ability to map copybooks and select records based on positional criteria.
• Experience with terminal emulator macros and mainframe data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and Monarch (optional).
• Basic understanding of COBOL and Systematics key functions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and turning data into presentations.
• Experience working remotely and in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
