The Senior Business Systems Analyst, supporting the Direct Division, plays a key role supporting product strategy with business objectives and evolving customer needs. This role focuses on enhancing the capabilities for sales and marketing through automation, personalization, and customer journey optimization powered by Salesforce. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data, enterprise integrations, and business operations supporting product and technical leaders to prioritize features and improvements that drive efficiency, engagement, and measurable business results.

Pay Range: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
