Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Senior Business Support Specialist in Green Bay to provide quality assurance and process improvement for accessorial charges through auditing.

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for investigating collection disputes, identifying opportunities to capture additional revenue, and improving accessorial processes while reporting on detention measurements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Desire to become an expert in accessorial systems and processes.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.

Responsibilities
