Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Green Bay to use effective collection techniques to reduce outstanding receivables. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with customers to solve billing problems and make sure invoices get paid.

The position is on-site in Green Bay, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and requires 2+ years in accounting or customer service. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided by Schneider.

Qualifications

• Two years of accounting or business experience preferred.
• Two years of customer service or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to make quick decisions.
• Able to facilitate change and learn new processes.
