Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for a 6‑month engagement in Tampa, FL with 50% onsite work. The role drives documentation, efficiency improvements, and enterprise solutions across People Services, including low-code/no-code platforms and AI‑driven insights.

Required are 10–12 years of leadership, expertise in data analytics and integrations, and strong collaboration with IT partners and stakeholders to deliver scalable, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, or Business Administration (focusing on Information Systems), or a related field.
• 10-12 years' experience in leadership, consulting, overseeing teams in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
• Subject matter expert in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations, with advanced knowledge of HR technology, data architecture, and AI applications, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark) is desirable.
• Familiarity with low code, no code, software like Quickbase, Workday, PRISM, Power BI, etc.
• Experience with data integration platforms and technologies such as API integrations, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high independence and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of documentation, including business requirements documents, for implemented solutions, integrations, and data flows.
• Identify efficiencies in current processes and drive design of business solutions, workflows, and integrations across People Services systems.
• Lead and expand the use of low code/no code technology by establishing best practices and guiding the team.
• Guide the resolution of complex business and technical issues, assessing implications on workflows and data integrity.
• Lead discussions to gather facts, analyze information, and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications for IT partners.
• Establish and maintain relationships with IT partners and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Self-manage, prioritize, and develop professionally with minimal supervision.
• Provide strategic insights and AI-driven recommendations based on data analyses.
