Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, IT, or Business Administration (Information Systems focus) or related field.
• 10-12 years experience in leadership, consulting, business solutions, analytics, and integrations.
• Subject matter expert in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations, with knowledge of HR tech, data architecture, and AI apps including ML/NLP/Computer Vision.

• Lead documentation of requirements for implemented solutions, integrations, and data flows.
• Identify efficiencies and design business solutions, workflows, and integrations to improve operations.
• Expand use of low code/no code tech with best practices and scalable solutions.
• Guide resolution of complex issues affecting workflows and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs for IT partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
