The role emphasizes GenAI-assisted development, code reviews, and strong collaboration across engineering and product teams. Onsite 4 days weekly in Austin or Southlake, TX, with a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE.
• 5+ years building scalable .NET/cloud/web services for high-volume environments.
• Experience designing event-driven apps with .NET and Kafka; cloud-native knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient .NET apps using event-driven patterns.
• Develop APIs and services with high-volume transaction processing.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Leverage GenAI coding assistants to speed implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Apply agentic workflows and prompt engineering to improve productivity.
• Improve quality through automated testing, code reviews, and observability.
