The role involves collaborating across stakeholders, creating dashboards with Cognos/Tableau, and driving data‑driven process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Generally, 5+ years of related experience.
• General insurance industry knowledge is required, preferably Workers’ Compensation.
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Cognos, Tableau, and Snowflake is preferred, but not required.
• Experience using AI platforms and tools (CoPilot preferred).

• Conduct detailed business analysis to document requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and workflows.
• Work with IT and development to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.

• Translate reporting requirements into dashboards and reports using Cognos and Tableau.
